I was there when they performed at the Phil EXPO in Meadowlands, New Jersey .... I ddnt want to go home till i get a picture with Juris ... and just like everybody else, i thought that she was going to go down the stage to have those little pic taking wid the audience ... but sadly she ddnt ... and i was very very sad ...
Then i saw a friend of mines that was one of the staffs and asked her if i could get just one pic with her ... she tried but then failed cuz when she asked one of her co-workers, they said "she's already resting ..." .... i still tried to get one .. not to be mean or selfish or anything ...its just that this might just be my only chance to be able to get a picture with her ....i know she's resting and all but i just really wanted to get a picture with her .. i mean i've been a big fan of them eversince they started .. i have all the albums ... so what i did was ... i asked my friend again ... i said "plsss plsss just one tiny pic .... i went here just to see her ... and even though i got to hug/besobeso and take a pic with Sam ... i still wont be satisfied with my trip here if i dont get a picture with her" ... i guess she felt bad ... so she asked again and LUCKYLY !! she got me in behind the black curtain which was backstage ... i was with my boyfriend and my friend but i was the only one she could only let in ... since they know that im such a big fan ... pinabayaan nalang nila ako even though they were jealous .. cuz they knew that i wanted it more than anything ...
When i was finally backstage ... my friend passed me over to another staff that took the pic ... but at first .. one of them said "oh nagpapahinga na eh ... sorry" but then i guess one of the guys saw that i was really sad when he said that .. he actually woke her up ... im not sure if she was actually sleeping but i saw her eyes closed ... so then i ddnt want to look bad i just said to forget about since she was resting ... but then the guy came out and said "ngumiti nga eh ... she said it's fine" ... when i heard that ... the feeling was like a flood of happiness for me ... i took a pic with her ... then said thank you ..and besobeso ... i wanted to say more .. i wanted to say how much i love her and Chin .. all their songs ... and how thankful i am that she gave be that opportunity to actually see her and take a pic with her ... but then i figured that she was really tired .. i ddnt want to be all talkative and stuff .. so i just said thanks nd left .. i also wanted to takea picture with Chin .. but i thought it would be too much .. although that would have beenABSOLUTELY GREAT !! lol ... but yea im still happy cuz they were on the next table .. even though i ddnt get to take a picture with him ... i still got to see him ... `=] ... and when i was finally with my friends ...i was yelling and shouting my butt like crazy .. i couldnt stop ... i was so happy ... and just then that i realized that i could have took my MYMP ALBUMS with me so i can get them autographed ... `=\ ... but then im still happy `=D ...
Theres alot more to the story .. but then im too lazy to say it all .. but if u really want to hear everything including my experience with Sam, Kris, Chin, Divo, Poca, Cookie, and the Porkchops ... ill tell you `=] .. just say it and i will `=) ... and at the end of the day .. i was very VERY VERY MUCH SATISFIED WITH MY TRIP !!! all thanks to my friend that was one of the staff that got me in .. `=D I OWE HER BIG TIME !! `=] oh and btw ... i cant upload the pic right now .. since i dont have my USB with me .. cuz im actually moving to another house atm .. so everything that i dont usually used was packed and are already on the other house .. and i forgot to leave my camera USB behind .. but im definetely getting it tom .. cuz my friends that were with me wants to get the pictures too ... `=D
And till now ... im still not over the fact that i ACTUALLY GOT A PICTURE WITH JURIS !! AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!! THANKS JURIS !! for being so nice !!! =D i love her `=]
wow! that's great bea/bianca atleast you did make the most out of your trip. hehe sana nga lang linubos mo na and took a pic with chin. haha they would accomodate din naman eh as long as you asked and too bad you weren't able to bring your albums with you... i think they had their autograph signing earlier that day eh... saw some pics kc.. anyhow we'll be happy to listen wiht your stories.. hehe post ka lang. :)
well i tried to make the most out of it ... i wanted to take a pic with Chin but i didn't want to seem too selfish since i know that they are really tired ... although he was just on the next table talking to Kris lol ... i know they would have been nice enough to actually grant my wish but i figured it was too much already since they even woke Juris up just for me ... hehe ... yea it was too bad that i didnt get to bring my albums ... but atleast i got to see them take a pic and get and autograph too lol ... actually they did do their autograph signing just before i got there ... but there were some postcards that were already signed by all of them ... and they were giving them out ... so i took one `=p ...
I wonder if they would have another show or appearance here in Jersey or New York ... hopefully soon .. cuz i would really go and see them =D and try to get a pic wid Chin and a group pic ... lol oh yea i have a question for you paw .. do u know them in person? like have you met them and stuff?
oh and btw ... ill post up the rest of the stories later on ... =D
uhm i heard of a tour coming within this year... i'm not quite sure though if it was already finalized pero i do hope na matutuloy. anyway i somehow know them... well here in the philippines, especially those who are in manila (soulful groupies - yg listers) get to chitchat with them during bar gigs and just do some photo whoring haha.
i hope really that their US tour for the year will be realized and hopefully you can watch them again live. uhm just keep posted coz every now and then the sked on the homepage is being updated :)
THAT'S GREAT !! but ... i hope that US tour includes New Jersey or atleast New York .. cuz usually they only go to the west coast .. which is i believe to be unfair .. i mean i know there more filipinos there and all but pano naman yung mga nasa east coast diba? ... LiKE ME! lol

hahaha sana kasali padin 'coz as i could remember they went to new york din, i think it was in Columbia University ata yun, not quite sure sa venue though. basta they went talaga ata. hehe
oh yea i remember that ... i think i didn't have money to go that time lol ... hehe oh and i took my USB cable back from the other house ... but im not going to upload the pics right now cuz im really tired .. just got home from playing bowling ... 2am already lol ... but promise .. bukas posted up na yun ... including the rest of the story `=p
